After dining at Michelin Star restaurants and some of the best in the world, I can say with one hundred percent certainty that Hacienda Guadalupe is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. With breathtaking views, fresh ceviche, octopus and a six course tasting menu that included items such as duck breast, pork belly, oysters with an ice mignonette. The chef's tasting menu cost only about $40 USD. The cocktails were great. We ordered mojitos and margaritas which were not too sweet and definitely refreshing. Dessert was nothing short of amazing, a savory pepper ice cream, cheesecake with gelatin on top and crust that was moist and airy, not the typical graham cracker crust and lastly a chocolate ganache cake that brought memories of Hershey bars and campfires back to us. The chef came out to the table during our entire meal to explain the dishes and preparation in depth. He even brought us back to the kitchen after our meal. The waitstaff was always attentive and personable. I give this restaurant five stars. I can't wait to visit again. See you soon!
