We went based on reviews that talked about fresh organic ingredients. Restaurant was out in the country and consisted of two tables outside next to an empty swimming pool. It was run by a young couple and the father or one of them. It was dark and you felt like you were eating in the middle of nowhere.The young couple were enthusiastic and the products were fresh and very tasty but the cuisine was uneven. There was almost no selection. For appetizers we had panuchos and salbutes (essentially yucatecan tacos served flat with pickled onion, chicken and in one case beans (Panuchos) the other case not. They were quite tasty. For the main course there were only two choices (if I remember it correctly). One was the famous Mayan grilled pork dish (I forgot the name) which was prepared well and had good sides), the other was pollo pibil, which was not prepared especially well. It was neither particularly tender nor particularly tasty. Mexican red wine by the glass was good. We did not stay for dessert. I had the impression that the people running the restaurant, for all their organic commitment, were over their heads.
