God do Erick and his team know how to make a good Ceviche!!! The best I've ever had. Spent two weeks in La Punta and had dinner there five times. Plus, if you like to surf or boogie board, the guys are former pros and know all the spots in the area. The fish brochette is amazing too. Great spot for an inexpensive healthy meal

Las bebidas eran geniales, no hay comentarios al respecto, y la comida era buena (nada espectacular pero buena). Sin embargo, lo encontré bastante caro. No olvides que aunque hoy en día está muy de moda, Oaxaca es uno de los estados más pobres de México. El restaurante tiene una clientela importante, así que no creo que bajar los precios (especialmente pensando en esos baños ecológicos) les perjudicaría mucho.

Fui con la familia (incluida una mujer mayor). La camarera Maga nos llamaba constantemente “chicos” (inapropiado para una persona de esa edad), no se molestaba en hacer ningún servicio de mesa, solo ponía F.

We had an amazing night with the most delicious food. One of the best ceviches I have ever had and the cocktails are great as well. For me the best place to eat with authentic Peruvian food. The menu is not very long which is...completely fine, because I rather not have a super big food choice but a choice of dishes that’s quality is great!

I was recommended this place by a friend and was not disappointed. It is difficult for me to compare with other places, but it was definetly the best Ceviche I had so far. This bar/restaurant is so unassuming and yet serves excellent food and drinks.

Chicama was the best restaurant in La Punta by FAR!! Great staff, manager and ownership. Not to mention the ceviche with leche de Tigre is incredible, the anticuchos perfectly cooked and papas a la huancaina delicious! The vibe was great and a place we will...visit every time we are in the area!

Went to this place just for a quick drink at the bar because the music was righteous and the crowd was enthusiastic. Sat at the bar and chatted with the bartender in English about Peru and the Pisco Sour drink he made me. I ended...up taking a peek at the menu and decided to order the garlic shrimp. Wasn’t let down at all. Unknowingly I was sitting next to the owner of the place and when we introduced ourselves he offered to bring out a complimentary signature family recipe dish of ceviche. It was beyond dynamite to say the least. As a chef and well traveled foodie, including eating multiple ceviches in Peru, Chicama was super special and the best. On another occasion I ordered the black fish and wasn’t let down. Nonetheless, it’s a super chill spot for conversation over delicious drinks, food and an ambience that ties it all together. Thanks Eddy for creating such a magical establishment, salud!

This was my best dinner in Mexico this year. It was absolutely delicious, perfect service and nice atmosphere. I highly recommend you to go there and try the different ceviches or sashimis they offer, everything is delicious if you like raw fish.
