Station Pilot - Castaños

another great visit! visit them regularly for a drink and occasionally for a meal. I think they had a new cook recently, as we advise that the waiting period could be a little longer than they had a new member of the team in the kitchen. the food arrived in about 20 minutes and was presented hot and beautiful. we had the cod and two cakes. the staff was friendly and very helpful, the food was tasty and the food was worth for money and the pub was spotlessly clean. we are looking forward to our next visit!

first time to visit here. great experience! we stopped here a little bit too late. eating was brilliant, the service and the staff were amazing and the whole place was clean and tidy. they have a small parking space for the children and a small child area in the interior. the prices were very reasonable. 5 of us went to lunch. we had 5 main dishes, 5 drinks and 5 deserts, which came to a very fair price of about £50. I recommend you stay here when they are in the opposite. great work on all employees in the 'the station pilot'. I'll see you again.

first visit. I wish this pub approached us when we went with friends living in this opposite. fantastic Thursday steak offer. the food was very nice. our dog was also very welcome, which was an additional bonus. beautiful place and beautiful staff.

had the most amazing steak. I had steaks from here before, but I was this amazing. piping hot. boiled to perfection. and the steak knife just slipped through. compliments to the cook!

we had a table booking for 23 people. food and service was excellent. all food came out at the same time. every was said how lovely the foods was. the team looked after us so well. as a big group we couldn't of asked for more

This is a great family orientated pub and the staff are really nice. If it has a downside it is the food which is definitely take out of the fridge and heat up. It's edible and I would go again because overall it is a nice place to go, especially as a family. Nice visible play area outside and inside.

Went on sunday ordered surf and turf my husbands was okay, my steak was chewy and hard to cut left all but a couple of mouthfuls. Told the waitress when she asked if all was okay she responded by asking if we needed any thing more. The service was quick but but not a place I shall go again.

The staff were lovely but the food was shocking. We had a beef roast dinner and we couldnt even cut, chew or even swollow the beef, the bit if veg we had was undercooked and the 3 halves of roast baby potatoes tasted like they were cooked on friday.There was also a definite smell of dog everywhere. Its a shame as like i said the staff were really nice(the one star is for the staff)
