Huerto Café - Chapala

Had breakfast here, my omelette was delicious, my friend had avocado toast we both had fresh squeezed orange juice. It was a really enjoyable experience all around.

Excellent service and some of the best food we've had since we moved to this area 7 months ago. (And we have eaten out a lot! Excellent, freshly made green juice. Many healthy and vegetarian options. I had the omlette, which had more veggies than I've ever gotten in one. (It had cheese and turkey ham in it too, which a vegetarian could eliminate. Many coffee drink options. I had an expresso and added cream and raw sugar. They have an option to add a liquor to it to early for me to drink that so can't comment on it.

Went at a little before noon, offered breakfast menu, was hoping for lunch. Food was okay, not the best eggs Benedict, lacking some flavor in the sauce, the eggs were cooked perfectly. Husband got omelet, and it was good. Got an order of toast with no butter or jam to put on it, just dry toast.

The atmosphere is delightful. Open air, colorful and friendly. Entertainment daily for lunch during the week. I should have mentioned the food first because everything on the menu is delicious.

Great place whether eating alone or with friends. They tell you if the wait might be long if they are busy. Today there was lovely live background music too. Very comfortable to read a book, have lunch while I waited for my car wash to be done.

Love everything about this place. Staff is super friendly, food is superb and atmosphere is wonderful.
