My husband lived 2 blocks from this location as a boy. It was not always a restaurant. This now has a great local atmosphere with a beautiful view of the Chetumal bay. The best marisco soup you can buy. They have fresh red snapper deep fried whole it was delicious also. There is a large variety of beer also. They are open in the afternoons. We enjoyed our seating in front of the bay. The parking is only in front of the restaurant but it seems to be enough. The wait staff was very helpful and quick. They served chips and salsa as a starter. The ceviche was a great starter with the guacamole. We will return.
We were hungry after few hours of walking around the Blvd so we decided to try this restaurant. Food was good, my husband had a seafood Coctel, and I have one of the local fish a la plancha (grill), kind of expensive in comparison with...other places we have eaten while in town, but good food!
I ate here yesterday. I ordered the Atun Black Magic (atleast I think that was the name) and it was delicious. Especially the sauce was divine. I got some kind of taco chips with different salsas and a a little cup with fish soup before...my meal (for free). The soup was delicious too. The waiters were superfriendly and the prices are good. So this place is really worth a visit in my opinion.
Ended up by this restaurant by accident! It was a good accident. The food was yummy. The portions were big. The service was really good.
