Tostadas Ciudad Guzmán style, with soft pork meat: trunk, tongue, loin, skin, ear, leg. Be careful with hot sauces, one pica.mucho and the other more! Well served and with a seasoning that the family has been able to maintain for several generations. (Original) Tostadas estilo Ciudad Guzmán, con carne suave de cerdo: trompa, lengua, lomo, cuerito, oreja, pata. Cuidado con las salsas picantes, una pica.mucho y la otra más! Bien servidas y con un sazón que la familia ha sabido mantener por varias generaciones.
As a tourist it was a pretty good experience. The restaurant, although modified, preserves its traditional essence, being located in the portals of the square. We ordered 2 tostadas (one for para and one for horn/tongue) they arrived promptly, and although the menu is very simple, it doesn't detract from it at all. The meat and the toasts are very good, and although the comments mention that they are expensive, the quality and quantity that you receive is well above what you pay. The service was attentive and friendly at all times, and the facilities were very clean. I am glad to know that in Guadalajara there is a branch, to go and try. El restaurante, aunque modificado, conserva su esencia tradicional ubicándose en los portales de la plaza. Pedimos 2 tostadas (una de para y otra de trompa/lengua) llegaron pronto, y aunque el menú es muy sencillo, no le quita mérito en lo absoluto. La carne y las tostadas son muy buenas, y aunque en los comentarios mencionan que están caras, la calidad y cantidad que recibes esta muy por encima de lo que pagas. El servicio fue atento y amable en todo momento, y las instalaciones estaban muy limpias. Me alegra saber que en Guadalajara hay una sucursal, pa'ir a probar. Costo aprox por persona: $60 pesos mxn
