recently went to the breakfast on a Saturday on recommendation of a friend and had a bad experience. the place was jam-packed and that would have influenced the quality of the service, yet, that is not an excuse. it took about 40 minutes from the time when we were eaten. the pandulce was quiet and the caffe de olla lukewarm. When we finally got our food, everything was cold! I was really excited and hopeful to try the green chilaquiles with ice, but was very disappointed. the green sauce was very sour (tomatillos that were not cooked enough) and it had no seasoning. they were hard and blanching and my egg yolk overboiled. it was hard to get a waiter on the look for a coffee refill and we tried to get our sack over 30 minutes. we were seriously thinking about going out, we had to practically ask them to carry our bill.

be ready to wait a bit to get table. the restaurant has aromen by la sierra de chihuahua, unique aromen from the region. the cafe de la olla is delicious, they will have hard time to choose as everything sounds delicious. if they are looking for...the opposite, I recommend to them to come here ps. management, take care of the toilets (it is not good area the tables close to)

great place for authentic Mexican breakfast. Fruit bowls are given as appetizers! look at their Abuelita cafe.

this restaurant has now several years in juárez, same location, stable taste. However, some paint their food is too fat and the taste drops in quality. At least there are a great crowd of people who arrive every day. other problem they have is the inadequate space. to park her car, especially during breakfast time. I recommend you try the “café de olla” but be ready to enjoy a really sweet one.

This place is excellent for breakfasts. Thry havr all kinds of mexican breakfast. Several different types of servings of eggs. Natural juices with mixed fruits. Me and my family comes here every sunday. Every plate comes with free fruit serving. If you are here you...must try the Cafe de olla served in a traditional clay mug. The cons are that they are always full due to their ssuccess so parking is kind of an issue and waiting averages 15 to 20 min.

Cd. Juarez has many excellent places to dine in yet, Parador Tomochi has been an outstanding experience for Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner! I have visited this restaurant wand very attentive people from the parking lot to the cook! Taste is true Chihuahua taste, No canned...beans or rice, it is all authentic and made from scratch taste is delicious and would recommend to all. Service to me makes a huge difference and Parador Tomochi has excellent service along with great variety of menu choices and friendly hard working people. Would classify this experience as QUALITY !

I have been to this place twice in the last month and my two visits were very different. The first time, food was excellent and service was also great, absolutely nothing but compliments. The second time, things were a little different. My girlfriend got a...very pathetic enchilada with her breakfast, nothing like the delicious enchiladas I had got the prior time. Also, my son got menudo and never got the fixings that go with it (oregano, onions, lemons). My food was pretty good the second time too, and we got very good freshly made tortillas. I also found service lacking this second visit with a long wait for the server to take our orders and me having to ask for even something as simple as cream/sugar for my coffee. I am thinking this was a one time bad experience and will try them again, kind of like a 2 out of 3 deal. Lastly, prices are pretty good....the three of us ate, had coffee or juice and got complimentary fruit and sweet bread for only an equivalent of 21 dlls.....with15% tip included.

This is a venue to try local Chihuahua style cuisine. The menu is meat heavy and portions are large. The space is large and I believe can get quite busy, mostly with locals. However, I think that this is a nice authentic style place for visitors to...try local food. While I didn 't try what my friends were eating, everyone spoke highly of the quality of the food, especially the meat (and the enchiladas I saw looked very good but, again, I didn 't have a chance to try them). Also, fresh, house made salsas were all very good (mostly on the spicy side). I ordered a beef dish made with chiles pasados, a kind of local chile that (I was told) is roasted then dried. This made for complex flavors when combined into a sauce made from the juice of the meat along with onion and tomato (and probably some spices). This is not quite like other Mexican beef dishes I 've tried and was quite good definitely worth trying. I appreciated that corn tortillas (not so common up north where flour tortillas are the norm) were available. For me the portions were too large, but maybe that 's just norteño style.
