(original) vine de vacaciones a ciudad valles y es un buen sitio para consumir tus alimentos sin que se sienta el calor de fuera. la ambientación es buena aunque con poca iluminación, sobre todo si tu vista no es la mejor. aunque los alimentos los preparan en el momento, me parece que el tiempo de espera fue un poco más de lo debido, la hamburguesa llegó antes que el sushi, pensaba que sería al contrario, sin embargo, todo estaba rico y la atención fue de lo más es un restaurante del tipo cornelios o profirios con precios razonables.

When commenting on the situation to the owner, she was rude when she answered me, they came to open it and check some supposed cameras that the establishment does not have and she tells me that I opened the gate and that I forced myself in, that I did not even go to the restaurant and that his employee had left completely closed. It should be clarified that I told him the whole situation, that we were traveling and passing through, that they had told me very well about the place and that my wife had a birthday, if they treat possible diners that way, I can't imagine the others and the quality of the service. (Original) Pésimo servicio, la dueña es exageradamente grosera, prepotente, arrogante y creída. Los horarios de atención están mal, necesitan corregirlos. Vengo de visita desde San Luis Potosí con mi bebé por que mi esposa cumple años y me super recomendaron el lugar, por lo que me atreví a visitarlo el lunes 26 de sep/22 a la 1:00pm, entro al supuesto estacionamiento, el cual está abierto de par en par, y al ingresar al establecimiento no hay personal ni comensales, solo todo abierto, por lo que decidimos mi esposa y yo dejar el coche y esperar a la vuelta mientras abrían. Al regresar me percato de que mi vehículo está encerrado adentro y el portón cerrado con candado, locatarios consiguen orientarme con la dirección personal de los dueños por que me comentan que abren hasta el día siguiente. Al comentarle la situación a la dueña fue de lo más grosera al responderme, llegan a abrirme y revisan unas supuestas cámaras con las que no cuenta el establecimiento y me dice que yo abrí el portón y que me metí a fuerzas, que ni siquiera iba al restaurante y que su empleado había dejado completamente cerrado. Cabe aclarar que le platiqué toda la situación, que veníamos de viaje y de paso, que me habían hablado muy bien del lugar y que mi esposa cumplia años, si así tratan a los posibles comensales no me imagino a los demás y de la calidad del servicio.
