This little restaurant is a lovely spot to have a cold beer and taco while watching the world go by, on a hot humid night in beautiful old Comala. Plus, the staff couldn't have been kinder. Definitely recommend.
We were not too hungry but wanted to eat something before heading back to Casa Alvarada and decided to stop by this place. The music was relaxing (80s and oldies) so my mom agreed to get a table. The menu is not too big but it had enough for us: got a delicious arrachera for my daughter and we got tostadas and tacos, lettuce was fresh and I really liked the cheese ones for a warm evening with a beer, oh.. tostada size is big as the plate but it was not too heavy so I asked for two and I did not feel stuffed.
I had a bad night here. Maybe you'll have a better time?Though it was going to open, we were not allowed to sit down a moment before. Actually, after 6. And the radio was exceptionally loud. We should have left. The menu offered was pricey and unoriginal. The food tasteless. I'd best not go on. But everyone has their off days and I'd like to read more recent raving review.
Restaurante que vende antojitos mexicanos y colimotes. Tienen muy buen sabor y los porciones de buen tamaño. Recomendables los sopitos. Venden cerveza y es un lugar tranquilo para cenar. Buena música de ambientación.
Por la tarde pasamos frente a este local y dijimos "que tipo de lugar le pone "tostadería" a una frase de Juan Rulfo?!"Por la noche, buscando que cenar, dimos con este local y nos percatamos que era el mismo del mensaje en la cortina. Teníamos nuestras dudas, pero todo estuvo delicioooso! la comida rica, los tragos ricos y el ambiente muy agusto para cenar.Eramos 10 personas y nos tardaron lo normal en servir.Super recomendadooo! :)
Comida tipica de Colima con un toque de Jalisco. Un ambiente sumamente acogedor. Atendido directamente por su dueña y familia.
Por mucho, la mejor tostada de lomo. De las mesas de afuera se ve la plaza de Comala. Buen servicio. Tienen cerveza Páramo.
No dudé en repetir cada mis cenas en este lugar; no solo por la muy buena comida; pero bien por la calidad humana de Lupita y su hija. Les mando un gran abrazo y lo mejor para el futuro !!
