I went in and asked the workers there which options were vegan in the vegetarian buffet. they went to the buffet line and showed everyone that most of them were. for the enchiladas that had milk cheese, they will make them w/o milk cheese for them before place and they were soouo good. they have a daily agua that was really great, all they want to drink. there are also buffet options of good quality fresh papaya, watermelon and another fruit, so if you want to start with obstinate they can do because morelia hot and dry they can do this here. since one of their two stands is next to a public park (which I visited), they might have also got dehydrated spending time in the park first. concerning the main dishes, I had a plate with the vegan enchilada and several other sides, including one that had some vegan burger cumbles; and also a bowl pozole with a vegan meat and over rice. super nutritious and delicious. the price is now 75 pesos (someone had written 50 pesos here), but this is super cheap at 18.5 pesos to the dollar, for an all-you-can eat place. remember to give the very helpful staff a tipp and leave them only 100 pesos. you will do the right thing. updated by previous review on 2021-05-21
