the service is terrible. the guy who works there was not kind. no greeting when I just came in an empty star, almost looked angry when I came in. I had to ask for a menu, and they don't come to their table they have to order. after the order of the rude man told me that they only took cash. after reading a previous review that they said that they have e said that the card machine has been broken for months I started thinking that they simply do not want to process cards. When I heard that, I went out without order and chose another restaurant to the breakfast. there are many other vegan options that you want to do.
came here on a flowering day in the mai for lunch with a group of 4. (they have fans but no ac! only fyi we ordered the huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, pita wrap, an açaí bowl, and a smoothie. everything was delicious (the cold drinks were especially welcome at a hot day and I would honestly recommend that someone get it. I will say the huevos rancheros were not huge, which is not bad – it was the perfect size for a filling but not excessively filled lunch. but if they are really hungry, I could recommend getting an additional page or something with him. in any case worth a visit!
they are no longer there Cheese burger is the best I ever had, it comes on a croissant and has two twill rings on the patty and salat tomaten, ketchup, mayo. loved their bagel with hit crumble cream cheese. great location. fantastic desert. I was very excited to come here. it has been highly evaluated and often recommended. However, the price-performance ratio is completely different. eating is dirty. I make a quarter of the cost to house better. save their pesos and their taste buds and visit one of the better, more disgusting vegan restaurants in playa.
I ate two times here during my stay at Playa, the chilaquiles are the best I've ever tried. Lovely place to eat or dine out.
Expensive ALL VEGAN restaurant. Had a lunch a couple of times here. They make good food. A variety of menu options. Nice place to stay. Love to try other menu, BUT I don’t like they always solicit tips. It is not polite. Updated from previous review on 2022-04-01
It's a wonderful place; take your chance if you're visiting Playa del Carmen. We visited it twice during our 2 days in PDC Edit: after two weeks of road trip through Yucatan I can say: we had the best food/breakfast at The Pitted Date.
