(May 2022 This is for anyone looking here for authentic sushi. Two words: Keep. Looking. Suffice to say, the only thing remotely Japanese about our order was the nori. (Cerrrrrtainly not the mushy plain rice. Details follow: I 've eaten coast-to-coast across Mexico by now and while there are many many splendid meals to be had, Asian food is not their strong point. As such, Mexican sushi (and ramen tends to range from a little weird , to extremely weird . To be fair, the menu did describe the fillings accurately, which included chicken (the place serves wings , bacon, and crabstick/surimi. Okay. Toppings include melted cheese over top and what tasted like tunafish sandwich filling. Sauces were a sweet soy sauce, and cremas of the type that accompany fish tacos. (In other words, there is NO FRESH FISH to be had. At the time of this posting, there were no photos on Google Reviews of any of the offerings, so I 'll add mine despite it being poor quality (ha! 1 star, for the friendly service.
