Visited this place after guided tour to Teotihuacan. We are not fans of mexican food but we decided to try it as a part of the experience. We got quesadillas with cheese which were okay and big meat plate which was horrible. A feeling of nausea followed shortly. We payed 700 MXN which was too much for the food we got

It is located in side Teotihuacan so once you finished visiting or before the Light and Sound show it is a good place for a quick bite but don´t have high expectations. Service was good and there is a Kid´s area

We had our kids with us and they were able to find food on the buffet they liked. There were lots of delicious desserts to choose from and the free appetizer was tasty. Gift shop attached is over priced but we enjoyed the short presentations about plants and tequila. The guitarist and dancers were good and entertained my kids. Playground outside also kept my kids happy before jumping on the bus again

We got taken there after a bus tour of the Pyramids. And it could be called a tourist trap. And it does have a rather tacky gift shop attached. And dancers interrupt your lunch and want to be paid. But, I had a very good steak arracharra there, with good fries and fresh green salad, and cold beer. My friend had enchiladas with a guacamole sauce you could cauterize wounds with, good enchiladas but avoid the sauce! There was a buffet available if your were in a hurry, at a glance it did not light my fire. At 200 pesos, tip included, I thought, pretty good. And I enjoyed the drummers/dancers too.

This place looks nice from the outside, but the food it's super expensive and the food it's not for what you paid for, I order 3 quesadillas and they bring super small quesadillas for the price of 100 pesos!!...I'm Mexican and there are better restaurants in the area, this is the worst I had ever been, it looks fancy but all food it's very bad, even the buffet it's so horrible, I recomend not to go there, it's better go around to the restaurants were the people go to your car inviting you to sit in their places, big quesadillas with lots of delicious food for a good price 20 pesos for each quesadilla, and real Mexican food for very cheap price, this Tlacael restauarnt it's only a screen of a good place but it's not.

We went on a guided tour to the Teotihuacan site, and our guide took us to this restaurant for lunch. All guests were tourists like us. We chose dishes from the menu card. There was also a buffet. A loud orchestra and dancers provided some kind of entertainment.

Avoid this place at all costs. Our tour took us there after the tour of the pyramids and suggested to get food from the buffet. Every thing was horrible, even the salsa!!! None of us could eat anything. It was disgusting! And they charge alot for this horrible food. We decided to take Uber and get out of that place as soon as possible and go back to Mexico city to eat, so we left the tour. Take your sandwich or go back to the city and avoid this place. It is such a rip off.
