We thought last week it was a traditional teahouse, we were wrong. It's nothing close. It is a cross between an ice cream parlour, a small children's play house and throw a small tea to add the name. Yes, it...serves teas, not the traditional style of English teahouses I was used. But more like a place for snacking various salads, some entrances and deserts. The place is like a pink and white palace in the old Farrell's ice stores that were formerly around. But the place on the lower floor looks as if they were just cramped everything they found that would fit in such a small space. A person in a wheel chair would never be able to pass through. On the stairs there are more rooms, and decorated in the same pink and white. The whole place is easy to stun. Now we come to the right review, to the food. They serve smoothies, regular drinks and tea. The mango smoothie tasted like medicine and after a few minutes separated and was terrible, I beg it removed from bill and never received an answer. Tea was good, but don't stand out. This is not a traditional English tea house or even a normal tea house. You might have been on a day or something. If tea was the main attraction here, as the name implies, they would have put the tea on the table and maybe talked at the table or on the Thier menu about the different teas and a small story of them. This place is really not a teahouse, so they should remove these words from the signage. This place is a mix of ideas that most women think as they play little girls house / tea in their room. That's nice if you want the memory. I enjoy the decor, but was very disappointing with the whole teahouse idea, which was indicated by the name. Okay, back on course, the salads were good, the carrot soup was great. The beef plate I had was a top Mexican plate that wasn't unusual. The other dishes we ordered were normal Mexican dishes that you would find in almost any Mexican restaurant. No special sauces or surprises. There is potential here and we will return in a while to give them a second chance. But don't expect a traditional TEA HOUSE. Next time we're looking for it as a snack snack for the desert.
