Its romantic, great service, smooth and the food is great!! Definitely order the capresse salad! Its owned by Italian family and they know how to treat their clients!

First look at the picture of there food who would eat that. Bring bug spray you will need it while you sitting in the 5.00 uncomfortable wooden chairs. The menus sounds good if they have what's on the menus. The size of the servings are for a child. You have to beg for bread and then they bring it finally without butter or oil. They have one waitress. They have only one brand of Tequila which is one in which you make only with margaritas so don't drink it straight up. If you drink Vodka you better like Absolute because that's the only Vodka they have. Also don't have your lady ask for the popular cosmo because they don't make it. The prices are about average but it cost me 50.00 US per person on my 3rd and final try at the restaurant. I have had a condo for 30 years in Acapulco and if this restaurant lasts I will be shocked.

Hi. Went here because of reviews. Does not disappoint. Loved it. Food, atmosphere and service. Can't wait to go back.

I went for the second time and I was not disappointed, I ordered a pasta with shrimp that was very good and the Caprese salad was delicious with prosciutto, never seen it like that. The owners are there "reading your mind" can't ask for better service.Love the choice of music and the lightning. Overall Yyou have a good time! They are closed on Thursdays.

The setting: is lovely; small garden, beware of the different levels, I saw a diner take a fall. The chairs are very uncomfortable; heavy wooden and no support. The service: the waitress is pretty. The food: a delicious bruschetta is served. The white wine from Sicily was light; not vinegary. The salads on both visits were the best part of the meals. But, because everything seems to be imported; there are nights where many of the menu offerings are unavailable. The caprese that I had the first visit was delicious! The second visit I had the goat cheese; also delicious. The lasagna was individually cooked; but lacking in taste. The sausage had a LOT of fennel. The creamy pasta with sausage was tasty. Bread is served with no butter and no oil. Odd. Rating: average.

If you didn't know it was here, you would certainly miss it. Pays to know someone local or someone who has already been here to be able to find it, other than by accident if you happen to be walking. Even driving by, you'd probably miss it. Owners very nice, most portions are *very* small, although the lasagna seemed to defy the logic of the other portions. I waited to review this after my visit to be sure that I wasn't being too critical (this is Mexico after all, where many restaurants bring you more food than you could hope to finish - hopefully owners are reading reviews). As it is a newer establishment, perhaps they will adjust and be able to survive the slow seasons here.

They were able to accommodate 9 of us at a lovely, long table in a garden restaurant.Great caprese salad and wine was fine. Some of us liked it more than others. The salmon on the plank with carrot ginger puree was delicious. Especially the delicate potato chips in the puree and the very crispy skin.Small place so make reservations.

A friend recommend the Basílico resturant...Yum!!! What a surprise. We walked into a garden felt like a little spot of Italy..We stared with the gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce Yum!! Ended with the tiramisu. This is really a slice of Italy and I am sure you would agree ...So stop by and check this great resturant out ....
