Wait staff cleverly swiped daughters iphone of table when clearing table. When confronted would not make eye contact and claimed to speak no english whatsoever. Beware of your valuables if you stop here. You wont have time to engage police and make flight and they know it.
Por tres personas pague 700 pesos de desayuno y lo que obtuve fueron un burrito sin sabor, unos chilaquiles secos en extremo y unos huevos que no se podían comer. El jugo de naranja caro y malo.
If you really must go there, don't eat the meat there. I went with three friends and we all ordered different dishes. 24hrs later, we all had food poisoning. The one exception was the friend who ordered a vegetarian dish. Avoid.
Might seem weird to review an airport restaurant but honestly this place was exactly what we needed. We were coming back from Tulum and wanted to allow plenty of time to return our car and get checked in. With a few hours to kill this was way better than sitting indoors - nice way to keep enjoying the perfect weather on the patio and the food and drinks were tasty and reasonable.
Pésimo servicio y comidas demasiado caras. El tamal, que es su plato estrella, estaba asqueroso. Tuve que pedir una cerveza diferente porque la Modelo no estaba en el frigorífico.
Nos sentamos allí para despedirnos antes de nuestro vuelo. Por 3 botellines de cerveza nos cobraron más de 300 MXN. Además de esto, la camarera Susana S. nos insistió en una propina de un 25% que nos pareció excesivo por lo que le dimos una cantidad que considerábamos correcta. De manera muy ruda, ella la rechazó y nos la devolvió.
A group of us was delayed by several hours getting out of Cuba. We arrived in Cancun to find most of the airline stations empty, and an essentially empty terminal. Thank heavens for Berryhill! The staff welcomed us and all of our stuff, invited us to sit down and relax. I had one of the best (and largest) margaritas I've ever beheld, and my companions enjoyed their drinks and snacks as well. They were helpful in our getting plans changed, and were not in a hurry for us to leave, even though I have a feeling they stayed open to accommodate us.
Berryhill Baja Grill está ubicado en el mismo lobby que los mostradores de check-in. Si está a punto de continuar con su vuelo, definitivamente no debe detenerse allí, sino continuar hacia el lado internacional, donde hay muchas más opciones. Parecía que había mucho personal en Berryhill, pero el servicio al cliente seguía siendo pésimo. El personal pasaba su tiempo charlando entre ellos en lugar de atender a los clientes. La quesadilla era normal, pero no estaba a la altura de las mejores en esa categoría. ¡Una cerveza costaba alrededor de 5 USD! Sin embargo, el mérito de la cerveza fue que el lugar obtuvo dos estrellas de mi parte y no solo una: ¡la cerveza cara, después de todo, estaba realmente fría!
