This little restaurant is a lovely spot to have a cold beer and taco while watching the world go by, on a hot humid night in beautiful old Comala. Plus, the staff couldn't have been kinder. Definitely recommend.

We picked this place at random. I wanted to go to Comala simply because of the novel "Pedro Paramo." The plaza at Comala was and is absolutely beautiful. What a great experience. We ordered 2 beers, and it seemed to me at first that they were a little expensive (50p each) BUT it's only because I didn't know that if you order a beer they keep bringing you snacks and more snacks!! How awesome is that?? The snacks were great, the plaza was beautiful, it was a super low budget lunch, and it was a lovely afternoon spent in Comala. I think Don Comalon has a second location in Comala, but we ate at the one on the plaza.
