El Calamar - COZUMEL

Went here yesterday and had some absolutely fantastic Peruvian food. I got chicha morada and mixed ceviche and my friend got the shrimp soup. Both were incredibly delightful and had extremely authentic flavors. Do yourself a favor and go ASAP!!

Visited with another couple after this restaurant recommended by a friend. My spouse had a dish with meat, sauce and onions with French fries on top. I had the fish soup with lots of shrimp and fish. Very tasty. The couple with us each had the Peruvian potato salad as they are vegetarians. The dish was slices of potato with a sauce and slices of hard boiled egg. They enjoyed this dish. Spoke with the owner and he told us how the restaurant came to be and his background. He also offers Peruvian table covers for sale. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

One couple had the Peruvian potato salad, which was slices of potatoes covered in a sauce with sliced hard boiled egg on top. Interesting flavor. I had the fish soup, a large portion, with lots of shrimp and fish. Very tasty. My spouse had a dish with meat, sauce and onions with French fries on top. We had an interesting conversation with the owner about how the business got started. He offers beautiful Peruvian table covers for sale at reasonable prices. Check it out, you will not be disappointed.

Another time taste explosion ! Perfect food, nice atmosphere ! I wish to have El Calamar in Warsaw :) Highly recommend !

Es increíble que en una isla del Caribe mexicano encontremos un lugar para degustar lo mejor de la comida peruana, lo máximo, no se lo pierdan

This is small and friendly restaurant hidden from touristic center of Cozumel but just few min walk far. Peruvian food is on of the best in the world. It was my first experience with this kind of kitchen but I simply fall in love in this place. They have Peruvian chief and all staff. Ceviche witch they serve is an explosion of taste.You can try also some typical drinks there. Staff speak basic English but they have menu in english what make visit easy. They also accept dollars. If You want to explore new tastes, good food and familiar atmosphere - you cannot skip this place.

Visité a otra pareja después de este restaurante recomendado por un amigo. Mi cónyuge comió un plato con carne, sosse y tweeping con francés francés francés francés francés francés. Tuve la sopa de pescado con muchas granadas y pesca. muy sabroso. la pareja con nosotros. la ensalada de papa peruana, ya que son vegetarianas. el plato consistía en rodajas de kartoffel con salsa y rodajas de huevo duro. Hablé con el propietario y nos contó cómo surgió el restaurante y su historia. también ofrece a la venta manteles peruanos. Mira esto, no te decepcionarás.
