Delica Mitsu Campanero - Guanajuato

Apparently there we 2 of these. We went to the one near Sopena. Cooks are Japanese,nice vegetarian selections, inside or out back, $3.50 per person plus drink. Not fast.

I believe this restaurant had two locations before, I'm not sure the other one is still open but we had dinner at the Campanero 5 location. We went there late, after 9PM so the place was quiet and almost empty and they had run out of some dishes that we wanted to try. However, this did not spoil our experience. The menu is varied, lots of combo options at reasonable prices.The food was delicious and tasty. Some of the best Japanese food that I've tried The service was excellent. I highly recommend this place if you want to try something different while visiting Guanajuato. You won't regret it.

they have a bento box where they can choose from a lot of options, many of which are vegan and raw vegan. avocado tomatensalat, fresh spring roll, cauliflower salad with erdnuss sauce and another type of salat (they also have nudelsalate and plenty of space and rice balls). the salads were super tasty and the cost for 5 portions in the bento was just $90 pesos, choose them less options and the cost are less. great choice for vegan eating in guanajuato! the healthiest fresh options I have seen so far.

Cocina fresca con inspiracion japonesa. Tienen siempre platillos con tofu en el menu (con una base de arroz o noodles) y muchas opciones veganas para armar tu bento. Rico, sano, colorado y con bastante variedad : me encanta.
