great place and great food! the baked fishtacos were amazing, the salsa was fresh and delicious. it is a beautiful place to eat and observe the sunset.
we go every summer to lapaz to see old friends. we always eat in the tasty restaurant for the delicious food and we will often bring them some of our fish that we caught this day to prepare. the people here are awesome and. the people we meet here will often be friends with whom we are in contact. the restaurant is located right next to the picturesquecon and the evenings they can sit and watch the sun set and see all the awesome colors of the lapaz sunsets! they have live music some nights, which is also awesome and makes for a super fun time!

the food was fresh and delicious. I almost returned every day to eat here. limited seating you will receive a reservation. they prepared the fish that we had caught (front) and it was fantastic. ceviche, chili sauce and garlic butter. and the margaritas! jalapeño!
We ate dinner at Tailhunter Restaurant at Sea Level three times during our fsihing trip. One night the kitchen staff cooked some of the dorado we caught. Chivchie, sautéed in salsa verde, beer battered and sautéed in garlic sauce. All delicious. The mango and hibiscus...tea margaritas are must have drinks along with the tequila shooters. Benny and his band were fabulous.
With a perfect location right on the Malecon, Jonathan and Jilly serve up amazing seafood, burgers, and energy. I've probably only eaten here 20 times (junkie) and it's my first pick every time I'm in La Paz. Get there early on live music nights, they...fill up fast. Ice cold beers, great selection of tequilas, happy staff- highly recommended!
Our meal of fresh caught fish was delicious and the presentation... gorgeous! A wonderful dining experience.
Ate here 2 evenings for dinner Came back because it was GOOD food. Looks out on the bay across the street. Smaller place but lots of fun and the bar was busy. Live music some nights and not bad. Try the shrimp tacos! Or the...fish and chips (more than 2 can eat)
