I love it, I went to Merida in March, looking for a place to eat sushi and something different I found it. So good that I just went to Merida to eat at Tokyo 07 again. Excellent service

If you want to try some Japanese food with reasonably prices, this is the place. I have came many times and I proved some dishes (not all) and all of them were very tasty. Keep in mind that this kind of establishment tends to rotate/hire new cookers because I have noticed that the flavors change from one day to another and even in the same place. Overall the food is very good, very fresh and the prices are not too high. The only thing that bothers me is the slow service.

Wanted a plant based ramen soup with a miso, and they had no problem making me a custom bowl. Great service, and great food.

Excellent ramen, the broth is flavorful, and the noodles are always perfect. The portions are very large so consider splitting with a friend. Only downside would be the service, it's a bit slow and not that great, but the food makes up for it.

Nice place. Ramen was good, perhaps not great.

Food is good. Some of the best “Japanese” I’ve found in Merida. Service not so good, had to continuously ask the server for basic things like plates and spoons. For example brought the appetizer with no plates or chopsticks and walked away. Two stars off for poor service. Clearly the owners don’t think this is important, as many reviews have mentioned poor service for years, but it is.

Really delicious ramen. Unfortunately the service is absolutely terrible. The staff are rude with the customer and among them. I witnessed the male staff bullying one of the female waitresses. They forgot one of our orders and when we reminded them they acted rude towards us.
