we went to cipriana to celebrate a day and a jubilee. we ordered to start carpaccio and burrata. the carpaccio was very simple and the salat for the burrata was a very small part and was served separately from the burrata. the pasta was average...not what. I expected for the price and the level of this restaurant. the best part of our meal was dessert. would not go back. for the price there are better options for italian.

I went with my wife for a good Italian diner and I must confess that it was beyond our expectations. at the entrance they take care of the entire Corona virus protocol so that they can feel safe. we recommend: -papa al Pomodoro...-Sashimis -gnocchis -picaña and please have to order the vanilla ice cream! that was the best of our diner.

the restaurant is very spacious and full of light. there is also an outside terrace for smokers. the restaurant in the interior is a large room with high deck and very separate tables. the decoration reminded me of the 60s. as soon as my family and I sat down, we were offered a bellini, but it was very different from what I expected. have I been drinking false bellinis all my life? I understand that cipriani was the inventor of the bellini and produces the bottle peach pan to prepare it. that was like a smoothie in an open glass without blowing. I'm sorry, but I prefer those I'm used to translucent, bubbling and fleeing. we ordered a beet salad that was very good, cannelloni that were only average, in a small part (not what they would expect in an Italian restaurant) and a lousy truffle and burrata pizza. the Focaccia chest was very thick and half cooked, the burrata melted and the truffle was not where to be found. we couldn't finish it. the cappuccinos were very sweet.

Terrible experience. Sodden seabass which was by far not fresh with stinking okd potatoes. Sodden risotto primavera,I ordered some 2013 Tuscan wine ,they brouht me 2016. No apology,no communication in English. Never again,it is a shame for Cipriani brand name.

Unbelievable!! We had a cockroach on the table! I complained to the waiter and he just took it away, didn’t apologize. I asked to talk to the manager and explained the situation, he didn’t apologize either, he just said ‘yeah I know, it happens everywhere’!!!...Don’t know about you guys but this doesn’t seem acceptable, i can understand an error but the manager’s response makes me feel like the hygiene of the restaurant is super low. Won’t be coming back, i don’t want to be food poisoned!

So I loved this place. Until today, a cockroach appeared on our table. All the waiters played like it didn’t happen; not even apologized. And when we asked to speak to the manager he arrogantly said: “it happens everywhere”. Awful
