Fabric Sushi - San José del Cabo

great service and good food. price was good for sushi spicy edamame, a special role, 4 orders by nigiri, 2 water and 2 coks for around 50 US dollars, including a 20% tip. music was loud inside, but there was also the possibility to eat outside.

we visited san jose cabo and so glad that we found this amazing place. the food was very delicious and fresh. 1000% recommended

great place to eat and celebrate! we had the 12th birthday dinner of my son at fabric as he wanted. cesar was our server and he was great! his attention to detail and service was on site! we come back.

We loved the food and will definitely be back. The service was a little spotty, and the music was a little too loud, but the pricing of the menu items and the drinks was outstanding and the food was overall great. I would say the only thing we were disappointed in were a couple of the basic rolls- the rainbow roll and the Eby roll were forgettable. Typically a rainbow roll has a ton of flavor and overall it was pretty bland. The sushi rice was too thick/sticky. Regardless, we will be return customers.

Took an Uber after reading reviews…Left after 45 minutes of waiting for food (While other tables were served). We ordered nigiri- No tuna?!?! When we said we were leaving and literally left our drinks to walk out, suddenly our food was ready, boxed up and we actually PAID the check. Unbelievable. Ruined birthday dinner last night in Cabo. Awful.
