Music is nice. Everything else in way of food is terrible. Party of seven had lasagna and onion soup pizza and two appetizers. All was terrible. Don't go unless you want to listen to music
We had a nice lunch at the Paprika - the 14 and 15 year olds appreciated the hamburgers. and I loved the Pollo Enmoleado. The patio setting was lovely. A bit of a fly/bee issue when food was put on the table, but we were able to just keep them shooed away.
First, I ordered a glass of Pinot Grigio -- 12 minutes later "we don't have any" so I ordered a glass of Sauvigon Blanc -- 10 minutes or so later "we don't have any". This is a Friday evening at7:30PM. I ordered a hamburger medium rare with NO fries. 35 minutes later I got a piece of grey meat and fries. After we finished our meal, I was brought a glass of white wine. But music was fabulous -- I would go for drinks again -- assuming someone had gone to the liquor store.
What a great courtyard to sit and enjoy some tapas and cocktails. A good variety of food available. Check before you go they are not open seven days a week.
Very pleasant courtyard with lovely plantings and hummingbird feeders. One thing you have to remember about Mexico is that the service is what it is. Every restaurant I went to had less wait staff than you would expect for the business of the restaurant. So service is slow, somewhat erratic with forgotten things, and getting the check must be asked for. But this is normal. So get used to it.
This restaurant is a 10 minute walk from the Jardin Juarez on cobblestones, so take that into consideration.... This is a very enticing restaurant to dine. the atmosphere is ethnic and very comfortable. The service is good and the food is excellent.
Atmosphere is nice and the music is good. Service ok, certainly not good.I was quite disappointed with the menu.No cocktails, just beer and lousy wine.The tortilla soup was bland and filled with soggy tortillas Chicken wings were fair, though the green sauce was tasty Rib eye steak was the best part of the meal
We happened in to Paprika on a Friday night after waiting too long for a table somewhere else. The thoughtful staff got us a wonderful table (even though the place was almost full) in their beautiful, lush courtyard (which is the main room of the restaurant) just in time to hear an outstanding live band begin to play. The food was really good - excellent guacamole, smoked salmon & tomato tapas, a good hamburger and mushroom enchiladas (these needed a little more pizzazz). We had a marvelous evening there and will definitely go back again.
