Kitchen Table - Tulum

Had a great experience at Kitchen Table. The food and staff were wonderful. Even though there was a major storm coming through, they still took such good care of the guests, we had a wonderful meal!

Our food was as great as any in the San Francisco Bay Area. My husband had whole octopus, and I had ahi tuna - incredibly delicious! The service and ambience were impeccable.

I found great reviews of this place and it didn't disappoint. The restaurant itself captures the cool vibe of what you might call new Tulum - modern, rustic, authentic, hip. Great service throughout our dinner. Very interesting use of locally sourced produce from plantains to herbs to even a very funky fungus found in local corn. Who knew? Cost on par with better places in tulum - three of us with appetizers and drinks around 1900 pesos. Put on your must visit list.

I went to eat at Kitchen Table because it came recommended to me and it did not disappoint.The open kitchen is cool as is the overall ambiance. A great spot for a date, friends, or family. I wouldn't necessarily bring kids here, but you can.The food and presentation was amazing. The staff is friendly, knowledgable, and on point.If you are looking for a great place to eat this is definitely a spot you should visit.

Absolutely loved Kitchen Table... we went twice and both times were far and away the best meals we had during our stay. Even as Storm Franklin approached last night it was a fabulous place to be.The staff are passionate and cool and really helpful in explaining each dish.The setting is stylish without being style over substanceThe cocktails are sensational - try the tamarind margarita...The food - well it's the food that is the star... It's a small but perfectly formed menu.It's cash only, like several places in Tulum but it's very fairly priced and much better value than some other places...Book your table now!!!

Slightly confused to the negative review posted earlier. The meal was divine! We had the seared tuna and octopus and both were presented beautifully. The flavours were awesome and the place itself has a really cool vibe.The cocktails were strong enough and packed flavour. This isn't the cheapest place to eat by no means but if you want to treat yourself then make a trip.

The Staff from the entrance, the barkeeper & waitors are extremely friendly & professional Great open kitchen & quality food. Amazing jungle restaurant

I visited Kitchen Table my first night in Tulum which also happened to be my 40th birthday. I didn't know many places in Tulum were cash only (including this one) and was unsure if I was prepared. The staff was so accommodating. The ambience was tranquil and pretty. The Kitchen is visible so you can watch the chefs as they cook, which was an interesting bonus. I had the seared ahi tuna which was cooked perfectly. The side plaintain dish was so heavenly I ate way past the point of being full. The cocktails were great and my waiter and another staff member even gave me a dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday!Thank you Kitchen Table for making my night that much more special.
