my man and I enjoyed a eckish with views of the playa fortuna beach club, Muelle/Pier and watched the sun. we drove from the nearby st, regis and parked in the gated community. a golf car waited to take us the rest of the... way down the road. the personal was welcoming and knowledgeable. give us the specialties of the day and their favourite dishes to compare. we decided to order the tasting menu to taste all the restaurants specialties. 2 choices of 4 curses were fresh, tasty and inventive.
we had dinner late in sufi and it was perfection! the whole experience felt super eccentric, but also relaxed, as we suddenly became members of a special club. the garnelenpasta is something that I will dream of for years and the service was impeccable. I can't come back!
about a beautiful environment for a restaurant as they will ever see. and eating was great. kellner was a little “pushy” oversold the inexpensive tasting menu and pushed a “house speciality” drink to my wife that she didn’t like at all, but...otherwise, it was excellent and the hopeful.
great dinner at the sea! the seafoods were excellent and pepe, our server, was the best! very attentive and friendly.
Sufi restaurant is nestled on the beach with lovely views and we had a nice romantic table overlooking the pool and beach. If you are looking for a full sunset dinner, your view is partially blocked unless you venture out onto the boardwalk. Service at...Sufi was warm, friendly and impeccable. We ordered the ajillo mixed seafood and the snapper. Both dishes were good although a little small for the price. I had expected the ajillo mixed seafood to be spicier and with a little more garlic, but the flavors were a little too mild. The freshly baked house bread was amazing. Overall, the service was fantastic and the views were good. The food was good although I did not feel we got good value. The menu was very limited however we were told they were looking to revamp the menu but unfortunately did not have a chance to return.
We stayed at the St. Regis and Sufi is a five minute drive from the hotel. We had a 6:00 p.m. dinner reservation and a table with a lovely view was reserved for us. The staff was super friendly and attentive and the food was...delicious. We ordered the tortilla soup and the red snapper and both were delicious. I would definitely recommend Sufi and hope to visit again.
Sufi is the best of the best in Punta Mita! Our absolute favorite meal of the trip. The food is perfection and the service is beyond outstanding. Butterfly shrimp pasta burrata app is to die for!!! We keep coming back and save it for...the most important night of the trip! Sufi is a MUST!!! The atmosphere is icing on the cake. perfection. And it’s a huge bonus if you get to meet Roberto “Bobby”. He’s a special person and makes the experience 1000% more amazing.
When we arrived at the entry to Playa Fortuna, we were greeted by Roberto, who chatted with us about the menu as he drove us to the restaurant. At the restaurant, Pepe was our server. Both Roberto and Pepe we friendly and knowledgeable about the...menu. The AP pastor snapper and the butterfly shrimp we’re both excellent, as were the sashimi and garlic shrimp appetizers. Wonderful food and service all night!
